Astvyr
VERIFIED SOFTWARE DELIVERY ENVIRONMENT // PRE-RELEASE

From intent to a verified production outcome.

Astvyr is an AI-native development and operations environment. It turns a developer’s intent into a verified change, ships it through a controlled delivery path, and links the result to production evidence.

THE GAP

AI made writing code faster. It did not make shipping it safer.

Generation speed is solved. Trust is not.

46%

of developers distrust the accuracy of AI tools, against 33% who trust them.

STACK OVERFLOW DEVELOPER SURVEY 2025

DORA 2025 describes AI as an amplifier of both strengths and weaknesses: without a good delivery system, faster code generation also accelerates the accumulation of problems.

  • 01AI accelerates the creation of changes but does not guarantee business correctness, security or compatibility.
  • 02Repository, issue tracker, CI, security scanners, deployment, telemetry and incidents live in different systems.
  • 03Verification is often performed by the same agent, in the same context, that produced the change.
  • 04Teams have no single audit trail: why the agent chose a solution, what was checked and how the release behaved after launch.
  • 05DevOps engineers become the last manual gate for changes created at growing speed.
  • 06Leadership sees AI usage but rarely sees a measurable outcome, change failure rate or cost per accepted change.
THE LOOP

Mission, evidence, safe release, outcome, learning.

Any capability that does not improve this loop, or trust in it, has to justify its place in the product.

01

Mission

Intent becomes a contract with measurable criteria and a risk class.

02

Evidence

Independent checks produce a sealed bundle of proof.

03

Safe release

Policy-controlled rollout with metric gates and a prepared rollback.

04

Outcome

The observation window measures what actually happened in production.

05

Learning

Escapes become evaluations, tests and updated policy.

MISSION OS

A Mission is not a prompt. It is a unit of work, audit, cost and result.

Every Mission carries its own contract, budget, evidence and outcome — and survives disconnects, retries and restarts.

Intent

A natural-language request, an issue, a pull request, an alert, a ticket or an API event.

Acceptance Contract

Versioned, measurable pass / fail / unknown criteria with an owner, created before implementation.

Risk Profile

Blast radius, reversibility, data sensitivity, customer impact and the approvals required.

Plan

A dependency-aware plan that can be edited before and during execution.

Execution

Multi-agent work with bounded tools, budgets and human checkpoints.

Verification

Independent checks that rebuild the change from the approved contract and challenge it.

Evidence Bundle

Sealed, signed artifacts that justify a readiness decision.

Release Plan

Strategy, metric gates, observation window and a prepared rollback.

Outcome

What actually happened in production, measured in the observation window.

Economics

Model, compute and storage cost, budget and the estimated infrastructure delta.

WHAT WE PROMISE

Five commitments that shape every decision.

From intent to verified production

A single Mission covers the whole path — from the request to a controlled production outcome.

No Done without evidence

Every green status opens a verifiable source. A status without a source and freshness does not exist.

Human control by design

Autonomy grows only inside the boundaries of the organisation's policy.

Production-aware intelligence

The agent sees the repository, but also the architecture, the pipeline, the telemetry and the outcome.

Provider independence

Cloud, private and local models are the customer's choice, not the vendor's lock-in.

VERIFICATION

The author of a change is never its only reviewer.

Self-reported success is not evidence. A claim without an independent signal is rejected.

  • Self-reported success is not evidence: a claim without a runner or tool signal is rejected.
  • Flaky tests are separated from real regressions, and a false pass is never hidden.
  • Post-release incidents are traced back to the checks that missed them.
  • The acceptance contract maps to objective proof: a test, a metric, an audited event or a formal manual scenario. “It seems to work” is not proof.
EVIDENCE BUNDLE

A sealed manifest plus signed artifacts. A missing item is visible — no score hides a gap. Mutation invalidates the bundle.

What we hold ourselves to.

These are engineering targets at reference conditions, not marketing claims. They are published so they can be checked.

NOT OPTIMISED ALONE
  • Lines of generated code without an accepted outcome.
  • Number of agent tool calls without efficiency and safety.
  • Mission execution time without accounting for false green and rework.
  • Daily active users bought with free inference without unit economics.
  • Autonomy as a percentage of actions without human approval.
Benchmarks and SLO
NON-NEGOTIABLE

Ten principles we do not trade away.

P-01

Evidence over confidence

No score, verdict or status exists without a source and freshness.

P-02

Policy outside the model

Authorisation, budgets and forbidden actions are decided by a deterministic contour.

P-03

Independent verification

The author of a change is never its only reviewer.

P-04

Least privilege by default

A new tool or integration starts with minimal rights and explicit consent.

P-05

Reversible before autonomous

Autonomy is granted to easily reversible actions first.

P-06

Production is part of development

Telemetry and incidents belong to the development context and to the Definition of Done.

P-07

Open ecosystem, controlled trust

SDK and marketplace are open, but permissions, signatures and review are mandatory.

P-08

Model and cloud neutrality

No critical dependency on a single model or cloud provider.

P-09

Local-first interaction, cloud-scale execution

The IDE stays fast when the cloud degrades; heavy work scales remotely.

P-10

Transparent economics

Before an expensive Mission the user sees a cost estimate and the budget policy.

TRUST STATEMENT

No Done without evidence.

Every green status opens a verifiable source. A status without a source and freshness does not exist.

NO DONE WITHOUT EVIDENCE.

Bring one real change. Leave with a verified outcome.

Astvyr is not released yet. The planned release date is 7 July 2027, early access is not provided, and prices are not yet determined. When it ships, you will start with a supported repository and reach your first verified change in under twenty minutes — and local analysis will still work without sending code anywhere.
